Spiritual Life and Ceremonies

about

Spiritual adherence is central to the ashram's routine, which involves Puja and path thrice a day—in the morning, noon time, and evening. All inmates are compulsorily required to attend these sessions. Participation is mandatory and varied, including engaging in keertan, playing the instruments, chanting of prayers, arrangements of the puja rituals, or at least singing bhajans for those who are less active due to old age. The campus has also been the site of major spiritual events, such as the simultaneous performance of 108 Yajnas in 2024, which generated a vibe for world peace, and a program on March 23rd, 2025, where Geeta Path was performed by 1,000 people at the same time, witnessed by 3,500 attendees. Additionally, it is planned that the proposed 30 student seats will entail a special role, where each student will perform a shanti yajna one day, resulting in a complete monthly cycle.
